What we collect. Only what you choose to send us through a form, assessment, booking page, email, call or text: usually your name, email, phone number, property address, timeline and what you are looking for. Like most websites, we may also collect basic, non-identifying usage data (such as pages visited and device type) through analytics tools.
How we use it.
- To respond to your request and provide real estate services.
- To send the guide, market snapshot or information you asked for.
- To follow up by email, phone or text about your request, if you agreed to be contacted.
- To keep records of our conversations and transactions as required by law and our brokerage.
What we never do. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile number or text-message consent with any third party for their own marketing.
Service providers. We use trusted tools to run this site and our business, such as Google Workspace (email, calendar and records), our scheduling page, our home search platform and our assessment platform. They process your information only to provide those services to us. We may also share information with your consent (for example, introducing you to a lender) or when required by law.
Your choices. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in the email or by replying "unsubscribe." You can ask us to review, correct or delete your information by emailing trevor@barberhomestn.com. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and our legal and brokerage record-keeping obligations.
Children. This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
