Selling your home starts with a client-agent partnership built on transparency and shared visions. Our initial conversation is the cornerstone of this journey, where we align our goals and address the important details, from compensation to mutual expectations. I will spend the first and most important of our time getting to know you and needs and goals. Once you're confident that I have a clear understanding of your vision, I will present a plan of action and determine if I fit into your plans. This dialogue takes place via a one-on-one Zoom call, and sets the stage for a trust-based relationship, bringing you one crucial step closer to the life you envision. Upon agreeing to work together, we will sign a service agreement to establish our working relationship and schedule a site visit.

A well marketed Broker Open House hosted during the coming soon period is a unique opportunity to lobby local agents, get them excited about sharing insider information with their clients, and solicit direct feedback from professionals so we can address potential objections from the start.

Mega Open House
A unique offering, this is a four hour event scheduled and promoted during the coming soon period and held on the first Saturday of the listing period from 11-3. The first two hours are all about the neighbors while the final two hours are open to the public. While only 2% of homes are sold as a result of an open house, a mega open house gives us the opportunity to solicit in-person feedback from the publics perspective, followed by tours from prospective buyers, traffic we expect to increase due to the recent NAR Settlement.
